摘要
本文研究了惯性器件用铍材的微屈服强度的测试方法。通过对试样加载、卸载和用电阻应变计测量残余应变的手段,测定了RJY-40和RY-40铍的微屈服强度σ_(Mys)(10×10^(-6))和σ_(Mys)(5×10^(-6))。分析讨论了微应变测量仪器、试验温度,以及加载串偏心度等因素对微屈服强度测试的影响。
This paper studies the test technique to measuring microyield strength of beryllium materials for the inertial instrumentation applications.The mieroyield strength σ_(MyS)(10×10^(-6))and σ_(MyS)(5×10^(-6))of RJY-40 and RY-40 beryllium were determined by means of loading and unloading for specimen and measurement of residual strain with resistance strain gages.The effect of microstrain measurement device,test temperature,and loading string misalignment microyield strength measurement were discussed。
