黑色金属室温薄膜磷化工艺研究

摘要 本文总结了在室温条件下于碳钢表面进行磷化处理的研究概况。研制了弱碱性和中碱性的高效能除油液;在表面调整剂中添加了SJ稳定剂,提高了表面调整剂的质量;研究出了以锌盐为主盐的室温磷化配方及工艺。所得磷化膜和磷化膜—涂膜的质量达到或超过了GB6807-86中规定的技术要求,与国际上应用的帕卡濑精磷化工艺相当。本工艺的优点是磷化处理在室温(16~35℃)进行,从而大大节约了能源、减少了对环境的污染。 This article outlines the research work on the zinc phosphate process on carbon steel surfaces at room temperature.Two high efficient degreasers,a surface conditioning agent and a zinc phosphate composition were developed.A new stabilizing agent added in the Surface conditioning agent distinctly improves the stability of the aqueous colloidal solution and the quality of the zinc phosphate coating.The quality of the phosphate coat and the phosphate/paint coat have reached or exceeded the technical requirements stipulated in GB6807-86 and it is as good as the one achieved by the widely used Parkerizing phosphate process.With the advantage of doing phosphate process at room temperature,natural resources are greatly saved,environmental pollution is greatly reduced.
