摘要
"三个代表"是第三代领导人在理论上新贡献的一个重要标志,也是现实中需要解决的一个重大新课题。三个代表的基本精神是论述新世纪把我们党建设成一个什么样的党的根本指针问题,重点是论述和回答党的工人阶级先锋队性质中的先进性问题,以便更好地领导社会主义现代化建设,巩固党的执政地位,实现党的伟大纲领。
The Three Representatives' is an important mark of the latest contribution about theory made by the leadership people of the third generation of the Party, as well as a new subject that has need to solve in reality. Its basic spirit is to expound the basic question that in the new century what kind of party our Party should be constructed. The stress is to answer the question of the Party's advanced nature in the vanguard of the working class, so that the Party can still better exercise leadership in the construction of socialist modernization, strengthening its position in power and realizing its great programme.
