摘要
用溶液共混法制备了一系列不同共混组分比的热致性全芳共聚酯液晶/酚酞型聚芳醚砜(LCP/PES-C)共混物,用动态力学扭辫分析仪(TBA)、偏光显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)对LCP/PES-C共混物的动态力学行为和相态结构进行了表征。结果表明,该共混体系是多相体系,其相分离程度、相畴的尺寸形状及分布与所选用的LCP的结构、共混组分比以及体系的热历史等因素密切相关。
Blends of wholly aromatic copolyesters and poly(arylether sulfone) with cardo group (LCP/PES-C)were prepared by solution blending.The dynamic mechanical behaviors and phase structures of the blends were investigated by torsional braids analysis,polarized optical microscope and scanning electronic microscop.It was shown that the blends were of multiphase structure with partial miscibility and the miscibility and morphology depended on the structure of the components,composition and thermal history of the blends.
