法治文明包含司法文明。司法文明表现为司法的方式文明、结构文明、信赖文明、独立文明和价值文明。司法文明不仅是法治文明的重要组成部分 ,也是政府文明的重要组成部分 。

Civilization of constitutionality includes judicial civilization, which is displayed in the civilization of judicature's form, organization, confidence, independence, and value. Judicial civilization is an important part of government civilization as well as that of constitutionality civilization. Only has judicial civilization been realized, can we realize constitutionality and political civilization.
