摘要
本文介绍了一种新的对复合材料进行无损检测的方法——纤维光学法。这种方法可以测量复合材料表层开裂后的应力、应变以及固化过程中的应力,并对撞击、疲劳引起的龟裂、脱层等损伤进行无损检测,同时监测损伤的扩展,对损伤容限作进一步研究。
A new method of NDE for advanced composites,the fiber optical method,is presented.The stress and strain of the damaged composites surface and the stress during curing process can be measured by this method.It can also be used to make NDE for damages such as cracks and delaminations caused by impact and fatigue.Meanwhile,the propagation of damages can be monitored so as to do further investigation on damage tolerance.
