摘要
本文通过对不真正连带债务与连带债务的比较研究,从不真正连带债务的构成要件、常见类型、内外效力等方面,结合案例,对不真正连带债务进行了全面探讨,首次对不真正连带债务常见类型做了严谨分类,以期引进、形成我国的不真正连带债务制度。
