摘要
本文提出一有特制的全息光栅参与组成的具有强抗干扰能力、适用于非隔振条件下实时云纹干涉法试验光路,并详述了它的原理和特点。试验在非隔振条件下得到动载复合材料带孔板试件实时观测记录的云纹干涉系列条纹图;还将云纹干涉试验与电测试验结果进行了比较与分析,两者的一致性证实云纹干涉法试验结果是可靠的。此光路也适用于现场实测。试验结果还说明复合材料边缘有提高应变集中系数的效应。
An experimental light path of real time moire interferometry with a purpose-made holographic grating is developed,which is vibrationproof and is suitable for non-vibration isolation condition.Its principle and distinguishing feature is detailed.The fringe figure of the composite plate with cireular hole under dynamic load is obtained under non-vibration isolation by using the real time moire interferometry.Comparing moire interofermetry results with E.R.strain measurement results,the agreement between two results shows that real time moiro interferometry.resnlts are dependable.This light path is also applicable to field-test.The experimental result also shows that composite edge has the effect of increasing strain concentration factor.
