摘要
介绍500kHz晶体滤波器在电子对抗设备中的应用和设计制作。该滤波器用于电子对抗OOK信号提载波电路中,用网络综合法设计,采用两节四晶体窄带差接桥式电路结构,达到的技术指标为:中心频率f_0=500kHz;3dB带宽B_3,一种为180~190Hz,一种为460~480Hz;带内波动Ar<0.5dB;阻带衰减As>50dB;矩形系数B_(40)/B_3=3.1~3.3;插入损耗A_0=3~4dB;输入阻抗R(in)=输出阻抗R_(out)=820Ω。
Design, manufacture of 500kHz crystal filter for electronic warfare is intro- duced. This filter for use in ECM OOK signal carrier extraction circuits uses synthesis de- sign and NB differential bridge type circuit configuration containing two section four crys- tal Units. The main characterastics are as follows: center frequeny f_0500kHz, 3dB bandwidth 180~190Hz and 460~480Hz, ripple A,< 0.5dB, band rejection A_s> 50dB, steepness B_40 / B_3 = 3.1 ~ 3.3, insertion loss A_0 = 3~ 4dB, input impedance R_(in)is equal to output impedance R_(out)(820OΩ).
