学历、年龄和职业与宪法意识——湘西地区的调查与思考

The Survey Report of The People's constitution Consciousness in the west of Huanan

湘西公民的宪法意识整体较强 ,但有三成人没读过宪法 ;宪法意识与学历、职业、年龄有直接关系 ,高学历者、教师、干部、中年人的宪法意识较强 ,低学历者、农民、学生、年青人、老年人的宪法意识较差 ;对宪法经济性规范和权力性规范的认识率高 。

The survey statistics shows,the people's the constitution consciousness is better generally in the west of Huanan,but,30 percent have not read the constitution,or they are short of it.The costitution consciousness immediately relate to record of formal schooling,occupation and age,high record of formal schooling,teacher,cadre and middle-age' constitution consciousness is better.
