摘要
尽管我国《著作权法》规定时事新闻不受其保护 ,但是作为时事新闻的稿件是凝结着新闻记者智力劳动的结晶的 ,应当而且可以受到《著作权法》的调整。
Although our country's Copyright Law stipulates that the news of current events aren't protected, the manuscript as the news of current events is an embodiment of the journalist's intelligence labor, which should be and could be adjusted by the Copyright Law.
