My Opinion on Comprehensive Government of Youngsters'Crime

青少年犯罪的综合治理工作是一项复杂的社会工程,需从一定的战略高度出发,动员全社会的力量,齐抓共管,持之以恒,采取切实可行的措施,才能有效地加以遏制。

It's a complicated social project to govern youngsters' crime ,we need to galvanize the force of the whole society.Only do we pay special attention to youngsters' crime,administer it in concert,and take feasible measures perseveringly from the strategic height ,we can check youngsters' crime effectively.
