热流计1:1分度装置与敞开式大平板分度装置分度差异的研究

The analysis of calibrating difference between the 1 to 1 calibrating device and wide open grate plate calibrating device of heat flow meter

分析了所研制的1:1热流计分度装置与常规的敞开式大平板热流计分度装置由于分度方法不同而导致的分度差异,并用差分方法对这种差异进行了计算。理论计算和实际测试结果都表明:对同一热流计,1:1分度装置的分度值比敞开式大平板分度装置的分度值高出20％左右。

In this paper, the calibrating difference between the calibrating de- vice of heat flow meter based on the calibrating principle of 1 to 1 and another one based on the calibrating principle of wide open grate plate is analysed and cal- culated. The result obtained by calibrating same heat flow meter shows that the calibrating value by the wide open grate plate calibrating device is about 20 percent greater than the 1 to 1 calibrating device.
