摘要
研究包装设计中的法律问题 ,将使包装设计突破技术层面的局限 ,从法律的视角得到进一步的升华 ,促使我国包装产业稳步、良性地融入国际市场。
The packaging design will break through the restriction of technology and gain further improvement in point of law by studying jural problems in packaging design.In addition,doing so will also help China's packaging industry enter the international market steadily.
