A new type of data acquisition system for the probe of gear mea- suring center is put forward. It includes a new type of phase-sensitive detector fabricated with integrated circuits and data acquisition system which uses single chip computer as central control unit. This system can be applied to the pro- cessing of various kinds of inductive sensors. It has a feature of versatility.
