物方摆动扫描机构非线性运动的研究

RESEARCH ON THE NONLINEAR MOTION TOR AN OBJECTIVE OSCILLATION SCANNING MECHANISM

本文给出了扫描机构具有非线性扫描速率的传递函数表达式,研究了扫描角速度呈周期性高频速度、低频缓变及随机运动的传递函数,讨论了传递函数与扫描角偏移、扫描速率非线性度等的关系。结果对星载多光谱扫描仪扫描机构的设计具有指导意义。

In this paper, a representation of transfer function is presentecl for scanning mechanism which exists nonlinear scanning rate. Taking an objective oscillating mirror for example, the paper discuusses the transfer function of the scanning mechanism when scanning angle rate shows high-frequency periodic variation, Low-frequency periodic varication and random motion. The relationships between the tranfser function and the scanning angle departure, scanning rate nonlinearity are also discussed. The results are very significant to guide the disign of scanning mechanism for spaceborne multispectral scanner.
