摘要
通过改进制备工艺,NICALON碳化硅束丝纤维增强铝预制丝的室温抗拉强度已达到1000 MPa。用扫描电镜分析预制丝的微观结构,认为界面结合质量的改善是强度提高的主要原因。并提出了进一步改善预制丝质量的可能性,还研究了高温热暴露对预制丝强度的影响。
By improving the manufacturing process, NICALON SiC multifilments reinforced Al preform wire was obtained with tensile strength of 1000 MPa. The microstructure of wires were analyzed with scanning electron microscope. It was found that the improvement of the interface bond is the main reason of increasing the strength. Further possible improvement of the wire was proposed. The effects of thermal exposure on the wire strength were also investigated.
