随着预测科学的深入发展及计算机的推广应用,用于决策支持的计算机预测系统开发,即所谓预测支持系统FSS,是预测、决策及计算机应用有机结合的成功尝试。它不仅是促进定量预测与定性预测相结合的有效途径,也是把预测分析问题作为单项分析处理向综合分析处理、直至最终向系统分析处理过渡的保证。特别,这种系统成功解决了预测与决策分析中的技术难题——可操作性问题,使预测技术最终成为经济活动分析中的常用工具。

This paper mainly discusses special softwave tools wit common forecasting and decision-making method. And Forecasting Decision Surport system (FDSS) will be produced with the help of data base, model base and intaface system. The necessities for developing FDSS are clarified in this paper. Some countenneasures and proposals for developing FDSS are given at the end of this paper.
