拓展社区服务业开辟下岗失业人员就业新渠道

Expanding Community Services & Creating New Channels for Laid-offs

随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入和市场竞争的日趋激烈及工业结构性调整不断进行 ,我国在一定时期内下岗失业人员还会随之增多 ,而传统的再就业渠道已不能满足广大下岗失业人员的要求 ,本文在分析再就业问题必要性的基础上 ,提出了拓展社区服务业这一新的再就业渠道 ,并就下岗失业人员的再就业提出了几点建议。

Nowdays, the reform in economics structure has become deeper and deepe r, the competition for market is increasingly fierce, and the restructure in ind ustrial has been conducted all the time. Following these trends, there'll be a r aising number of laid-offs in our country for a certain period. And the traditi o nal re-employment channels won't satisfy these laid-offs' demands any more . T he refore , its necessary to creat new channels . Based on the analyses of necess ity of re-employment issue, in this paper, the au thor proposed to expand community services as a new channel. Along with that, so me suggestions for re-employment of laid-offs have also been put forward.
