Compared with the resident population in cities, the floating population has more high risk behaviors.A series of social problems caused by the high risk behaviors has become a focus of public concern.With the help of the theories of social control, social isolation and social geographical network, an analysis of the causes and theatrical mechanism of the high risk behaviors can be done and a theatrical framework to analyze the high risk behaviors and their consequences can be formulated.The analysis then can provide a reference to the effective administration of the floating population.
