摘要
一、前言快堆燃料元件,在热工试验中是用电加热元件来模拟的。这种电加热模拟元件直径小、线功率大、使用温度高、排列紧密、制造难度大并造价很高。在试验中,一个试验段至少由几根元件组成,多则由几十根,甚至上百根元件组成。如在燃料组件流道阻塞实验研究中,第一个实验段上将使用19根电加热模拟元件。由于各种原因,烧毁元件的可能性很大。
The equipment consists of the bidirectional silicon controlled rectifier,the comparator-amplifier,the opto-isolator etc. It is serially connected with the simulant test element that is heated by electricity. When the current is overrun or the insulator is punctured by some reason in the test element,this equipment can quickly cut off the heating electricity supply in no more than 10 milliseconds so as toprotect the test element and related electric equipment.
