摘要
组织冲突普遍存在于领导活动过程之中 ,领导者处理组织冲突必须提高其管理艺术 ,一方面 ,既要把握组织冲突的实质 ,又要合理确定其边界 ,同时 ,还要注意搞好综合平衡 ,只有这样 。
Conflict of organization extensively lies in the whole process of leading activity, that leaders treat conflict of organization must increase their management art.On one hand,leaders must command its essence, as well as define the limit.On the Other hand,leader must still pay attention to balance, so the efficiency of the leading will be increased.
