中西传统“德”、“法”认识论比较

A Comparison of Epistemology Between Traditions of China and West on"Morality"and"Law

由于对“德”、“法”本源的理解不同,进一步影响到对其关系的认识也不同,于是便出现同一概念及其相关理论在中西的解释中具有差别性。西方理论以“善”和“正义”为起点阐释“德”与“法”;中国传统认识则从“礼”和“刑”出发论证之。这是中西传统理论对“德”与“法”在认识论上存在的差别。

The interpretation of the concepts and theories of'morality'and'law'differs between China and the West due to the different under standing of their origins and relationship of them.In Western theories,'morality'and'law'are understood from the perspectives of'goodness'and'justice',while in Chinese traditional idea,they are rooted on'rites'and'punishment '.That is the discrepancy between traditional theories of China and West on'morality'and'law'in epistemology.
