摘要
一种低能电子冲击与质谱探测相结合的新方法用来研究苯的低温吸附膜在低能电子(<30eV)冲击下的离解。研究发现苯膜具有高的离解阈(~6eV)及低的离解截面(~2.5×10^(-18)cm^(-2))。表明了固态苯的辐射稳定性。实验结果用电子与分子碰撞理论及辐射化学原理予以定性解释。
A new method of low energy electron impact and mass spectrometer detection has been used to study the dissociation of adsorption Benzene film at low temperature by the impact of low energy electrons (<30eV)
The results show that Benzene film has higher dissociation threshold (~6eV), but low dissociation cross section (~2.5 × 10-18cm2) and the higher radiation stability of solid Benzene.
The results have been explained with electron molecule collision theory and the principles of Radiation Chemistry.
