Influence of Internet on Juvenile Delinquency and Its Countermeasures

网络对当代青少年来讲,既有正面影响,又有负面影响。其负面影响主要体现在强势文化,无政府主义倾向,对青少年心理意识和角色意识的影响,网络成为影响青少年犯罪一个不可忽视的因素。为了促进青少年健康成长,维护社会稳定,必须采取相应对策,即加强网络道德建设与构筑"三位一体"的教育网络,减少网络对青少年产生的负面影响。

Nowadays, Internet has both positive and negative influences on youngsters. The negative influence lies in its intensified culture and anarchic tendency, and its impact on youngsters' mental and identity awareness. Internet has become an inevitable factor in juvenile delinquency. In order to ensure the healthy growth of the youngsters, to maintain the social stability, some countermeasures should be taken. Strengthening moral construction of the Internet and establishing a 'trinity' education net will serve the purpose of eliminating the negative influences of Internet. 
