摘要
随着体操技术动作难度要求越来越高,对体操运动员的专项力量素质也提出了更高的要求,但是目前关于体操专项力量方面训练方面的研究还比较有限,本文主要是关于体操专项力量训练方法、手段的论述,并提出自己的观点。
With the increasement of the difficulty of the gymnastic motions, which require more stronger special fitness of strength for gymnastic athletes. But there have not been too many documents about it till today, which were mainly about the means or methods of special strength of gymnastics. This research mainly study the training of gymnastic special strength and put forward some advice.
