摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺不连续垂直板电泳系统,测定了42个中国李(P.salicina Lindl.)品种叶片过氧化物酶同工酶谱。结果表明,中国李品种间酶谱变异范围较大,品种间具不同程度的亲缘关系。利用信息量谱系聚类的方法,对中国李品种间的亲缘关系进行初探,将42个品种分成7个组;并对此研究方法及一些品种的进化程度进行了讨论。
The peroxidase isozyme patterns of the leaves of 42 cultivars of chinese plum (P. salicina Lindl. ) were analysed by polyacrylamide gel slab electrophoresis. The results indicated that there was considerable variation of the band patterns between different cultivars which were taxonomically related in various degrees. The 42 cultivars were classified into seven groups by means of information content cluster analysis. The evolution of some cultivars and the research method used in the experiment were discussed.
