摘要
刑事诉讼法已经确立了对公安机关和人民检察院自侦部门立案工作的监督制度 ,但立案监督工作总显得力不从心。人民检察院的立案监督缺乏足够的权威性和独立性 ,缺乏科学的运行机制和强制性的约束手段。从根本上讲 。
Directing against the predicament of supervision over placing cases on file in practice, this article holds that its safeguards should be reformed and rebuild. The author analyzes the safeguards of supervision over placing cases on file in our country now, points out its weakness, and thinks that legislation is the fundamental reason.
