摘要
20 0 2年 ,首次司法考试在全国进行 ,初任检察官、法官开始“持证上岗” ,这从客观上促进了司法人员素质的提高。而公安行政执法人员的素质仍不容乐观。因此 ,公安机关也应要求公安行政执法人员“持证上岗”。
The first judiciary examination held in China in 2002.The procurators and the judiciaries should go on duty with certificates. The quality of them has been strengthened objectively. But the quality of the police is still low. Therefore, the public security organs should require the police to go on duty with certificates.
