法律文书的教学必须从务实致用出发 ,以社会需要为目标 ,方可提高学生的学习积极性。为此 ,教师必须改变目前写作课教学中重理论轻实践的教学模式 ,让学生在掌握法律文书写作方式的基础上 。

The teaching of law document writing should be based on practice. In order to stimulate the enthusiasm of the students, teachers must change the present teaching pattern that is, attaching importance to theories but looking down on practice. Teachers should make the students grasp the writing method first, then let them do more writing practice.
