绿色贸易壁垒具有双重性 ,既对自由贸易有一定的阻碍性 ,某些情况下这种“阻碍”又是合法的 ,有利于保护环境 ,促进技术进步。在国内区际贸易中依法采用绿色贸易壁垒是可行的 。

Green trade barrier has the characteristics of dualism. It barriers the free trade in some degree, yet in some instances it has its rationality and favors environmental protection and technological progress. It is feasible and some kind positive to introduce green trade barrier legally in inter-local trade in a country.
