讯问论辩是犯罪嫌疑人和讯问人员之间进行的追究与反追究的一种论辩。论辩的成功与否,除了论辩技巧外,论辩双方都必须遵循一定的原则。主要原则有:依法原则、平等原则、论点明确原则、理由充分原则、服从真理原则、严密逻辑联系原则。讯问人员只有严格遵循这些原则,才能在讯问中始终掌握讯问的主动权,取得讯问的成功。

Inquest debate is a kind of debate of running and against running between the criminal suspect and the inquest personnel. The success depends on certain principles besides debate skills, such as; legal principle, equal principle, argumentation definitude principle, excuse sufficient principle, obeying the truth principle, logic strictness principle. As long as the inquest personnel strictly obey these principles can they grasp the initiative and succeed.
