摘要
通过对目前我国现行法医鉴定体系的分析、分类,从体制上和法律地位上对该体系有一个明确的认识,以求解决法医鉴定在司法诉讼程序中暴露出来的不足和弊端,更好地为打击犯罪、惩治犯罪、捍卫法律尊严服务。同时通过阐述法医鉴定的内容和程序,可以使基层办案民警及其他司法干警、公民对其有一个基本的了解,使法医鉴定的工作更加公正、透明。
By analyzing and classifying our country present legal medical checkup system, form a definite knowledge in the view of system and legal position so as to root out the shortcoming and malpractice exposed through the jurisdiction litigation process of the legal medical checkup, and furthermore to strike against the crimes, punish crimes and guide the dignity of law. In the meanwhile, by stating the content and procedure of legal medical checkup, the grass roots police and other jurisdiction police as well as the citizens can have a basic knowledge of it so that the work of legal medical checkup becomes more fair and transparent.
