The Development of Transition-metal Dichalcogenide Nanotubes

摘要 主要介绍了过渡金属硫族化合物 MX2 (M=Mo,W,Nb,Ta,Ti,Zr,Hf,Re;X=S,Se)纳米材料的研究进展 ,综述了该类无机富勒烯纳米管的制备、生长机理及应用。由于该类纳米管包含金属与非金属组成 ,有别于单一成分的碳纳米管 ,其在原子探针、催化、储氢、储锂等方面的应用前景广阔。 The recent progress of transition-metal dichalcogenide nanomaterials that could be described as MX 2(M=Mo, W, Nb, Ta, Ti, Zr, Hf, Re; X=S, Se) has been reviewed. The preparation, formation mechanism and applications of this kind of inorganic fullerene-like nanotubes have been reported. The distinctive structure of these nanotubes, especially the functional metal/nonmetal combination, enables them to be good candidate for scanning probe microprobe, solid lubricant and energy storage media for lithium and hydrogen.
