摘要
通过对ZA-27合金熔炼时加入稀土工艺的研究,确定了最合适的稀土加入量、加入温度。实验表明:ZA-27合金中加入适量的稀土可以和Zn、Al、Cu等形成多种复合化合物,分散于晶界或枝晶间,细化晶粒,有效地阻碍高温时基体的变形和晶界移动,提高基体硬度和热强性。稀土加入量为0.3%时,可使ZA-27合金在150℃时硬度提高27HBS,抗拉强度提高39MPa,冲击韧性也有所改善。同时发现,室温硬度、耐磨性也有所提高。
The most appropriate adding amount and temperatures of RE have been studied by means of the tech-nique on adding RE when smelting2A-27alloy.It shows that RE element can react with ele ments Al,Zn,Cu etc.to form some compounds of complex constituents dispersing in crystal interfaces or branch crystal so that the alloy has been refined and the deformation of matrix and movement of crystal-interfaces at high temperature been tem pered.An amount of RE0.3%can result in increase of tensile strength to about 40Mpa and hardness about to27HBS at150℃.The observation shows that the hardness at room temperature and wear resistance has also been improved.
