摘要
系统工程中“系统结构决定功能”的基本原理需扩充为:系统的功能是由系统的外部环境,系统内部的结构、组成系统的元素的素质,特别是控制系统的核心要素的素质,协同性与协同效应,开放性及引入负熵流的势差等决定的,从这一认识出发,将能全面地、正确地认识和设计新系统、从而建立高功能系统.
The basic principle of Systems Engineering 'The structure of systems determines its function 'should be expanded as: the function of systems is determined by its external environment, its internal structure, the quality of its comprision elements, especially the quality of their core elements, degree and potential difference of the introduced negative entropy flux etc. From this idea, We can fully understand systems and accuratly design new systems, then we can build highly functional systems.
