目的 :探讨经尿道气化切割术 (TUVP)治疗前列腺增生症 (BPH)的疗效。方法 :64例BPH患者采用德国WOLF气化电切镜经尿道行气化切割术治疗。结果 :平均手术时间 5 0min ,无大出血 ,无电切综合征 (TURS) ,术后随访 2～ 1 2月 ,排尿功能恢复良好 ,国际前列腺症状评分 9分 ,最大尿流率 1 5 .4ml/s。结论 :应用铲状电极气化切割前列腺组织 ,安全有效 ,迅速 ,并发症少 ,值得临床推广。
