人工髋关节置换术患者的围手术期护理

Perioperation nursing of artificial replacement of hip joint

目的 :探讨人工髋关节置换术的围手术护理。方法 :术前进行心理状况评估和干预 ,解除患者的思想顾虑 ,做好各种术前准备 ,术后密切观察病情 ,加强切口渗血 ,关节脱位和下肢静脉血栓并发症的观察护理 ,注意体位护理 ,重视术后肢体功能锻炼和出院指导。结果与结论 :做好人工髋关节置换术患者的围手术护理 ,是保证手术成功和减少术后并发症的重要环节。

Objective: To study the nursing of artificial replacement of hip joint. Method: We prepared carefully before operation and evaluate the phicological. After the operation , we observed the symptom , the blood seep and pay attention to the position, the training of legs, the chargement of outpatient.Result and Conclusion : It's more important to assure the sucesse of operation and reduce the complication by nursing the artificial replacement of hip joint.
