脊柱结核的X线和MRI诊断

X-ray and MRI diagnosis of tuberculosis of spine

目的 :探讨脊柱结核的X线和MRI表现及其鉴别诊断。材料和方法 :2 8例经过手术或病理证实的椎体结核 ,对其X线、MRI影像进行分析。结果 :脊柱结核时病变椎体呈不规则虫蚀样骨质破坏 ;1 8例椎间盘明显破坏、椎间隙变窄 ;1 8例有不同大小椎旁脓肿 ;附件均未见破坏。结论 :脊柱结核时 ,MRI检查比常规X线检查诊断率高 (特别在早期 ) ,MRI检查椎体结核有其特征性影像 ,仔细观察椎体的形态 ,椎间盘及附件有无破坏以及椎旁脓肿的形成对椎体结核的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要作用。

Objective:To study the features and differential diagnosis of X-ray and MRI of tuberculosis of spine.Method:28 cases were identified by surgical or Pathology findings.Result: In tuberculosis of spine,the discs, vertebral bodies and soft tissue were destroyed in various degrees and cold abscesses formed in 18 cases, the spinal cord were compressed by deformities, abscesses in deferent ways.Conclusion: The tuberculosis and tumors of spine demonstrated their special X-ray and MRI features,carefully observe of the spine and it,s affiliate structures and the foci of the tuberculosis was helpful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of tuberculosis of spine.
