旋毛虫感染小鼠血清IL-2含量变化的动态观察

The experimental study of interleukin-2 variety in the serum of the mice infected by Trichinella spiralis

目的 :通过测定白细胞介素 - 2 (IL - 2 )的含量 ,探讨小鼠感染旋毛虫后特异性细胞免疫功能的变化。方法 :将 80只小鼠随机平均分为实验组和对照组两组 ,每组 4 0只。实验组每只小鼠喂食感染旋毛幼虫 2 0 0条 ,对照组小鼠不做处理 ,分别于小鼠感染旋毛虫后第 1、2、3、4周随机取实验组和对照组小鼠各 1 0只 ,常规眼眶静脉取血分离血清 ,用放射免疫法测定其IL - 2的值。结果 :①对照组IL - 2含量在各周之间均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。②实验组IL - 2含量在感染后第 1周低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,在第 2、3、4周均低于相应对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。③实验组IL - 2含量随感染时间的延长而呈逐渐下降趋势。结论 :实验组IL - 2含量在感染各期均低于对照组 ,表明宿主的特异性细胞免疫功能降低 ,且随感染时间的延长而呈不断下降趋势 ,提示旋毛虫在感染宿主后破坏和逃避了宿主的免疫系统和免疫功能 ,给其在宿主中的生存和发育等创造了有利条件 ,对宿主造成进一步的损害。

Objective: To investigate the changes of the specific cellular immunity functions of mice infected Trichinella spiralis through testing the level of interleukin-2(IL-2). Method:In this study, the 80 mice were randomly divided into two groups(40 mice per group). Each mouse of observation group was infected with 200 Trichinella spiralis larvas, control group of mice was not treated. 10 mice were randomly collected from observation group and control group respectively at 1th,2th,3th and 4th week. Blood was collected from the ophthalmic venous plexus and the levels of IL-2 were measured with radioimmunoassay. Result: ①The serum level of IL-2 were no significant difference between each stage of control group (P>0.05). ②The serum level of IL-2 in observation group was lower than control group at first week after infection (p<0.05), the similar changes were observed at 2th,3th and 4th week after infection (p<0.01). ③The serum level of IL-2 in observation group was gradually declined with prolongated time. Conclusion: The changes of IL-2 showed the specific cellular immunity functions of host were declined and it was gradually declined with prolongated infection time. These findings suggested that Trichinella spiralis restrained and escaped from the immune reaction of infected host, so it was helpful for Trichinella spiralis to grow and make more damage to the host.
