P波增宽对冠心病的诊断价值

The diagnose value of broadened P wave for coronary heart disease

目的 :探讨P波增宽对冠心病的诊断价值。方法 :通过对 1 5 9例临床确诊冠心病患者心电图P波的测量统计分析 ,并与 90例非心脏病人P波情况相对照 ,比较两组患者的心电图P波差别。结果 :冠心病患者心电图P波增宽 (P≥ 0 .1 1S)占 83 %,对照组P波增宽 (p≥ 0 .1 1s)占 1 0 %。结论 :P波增宽可作为冠心病的心电图诊断条件之一。

Objective: To study the diagnose value of broadened P wave for coronary heart disease.Method: Measure and analyse electrocardiogram P wave of 159 coronary heart diseases cases. Contrast them with P wave of 90 non-heart diseases cases. To see the P wave differences electrodiogram between the two groups.Result: 83% P wave of coronary heart diseases cases is broadened(P≥0.11S) 10%. P wave of the other group is broadened.Conclusion: Broadened P wave is one character of the electrocardiogram condition for coronary heart disease.
