Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing System of Guanzhong Hi-Tech. Industrial Development Area

调查分析了关中高新技术产业开发带制造业的基本状况 ,分析了其制造业面临的问题和挑战。提出了面向企业集成的关中高新技术产业开发带现代集成制造系统 (CIMS) ,给出了其CIMS的实施框架。通过实施关中产业带CIMS ,可以有效促进产业带内外企业集成 ,提高企业的竞争力。

The Guanzhong Hi-Tech Industrial Development Area (GZHTIDA) is one of the key Hi-Tech development areas in China. The current status of the manufacturing industries in the GZHTIDA was investigated. Thereby, the major problems and challenges, which the GZHTIDA is facing to at present and will be confronted with in the long run, were considered systematically. Based on these facts, a novel contemporary integrated manufacturing system(CIMS) that takes the enterprise integration in the GZHTIDA into account was presented and a framework for its implementation was developed. Applying the CIMS could effectively promote the integration of enterprises in the GZHTIDA. It also helps to integrate the enterprises in the GZHTIDA with those outside of the GZHTIDA. As a consequence, the competence of enterprises in the GZHTIDA could be enhanced substantially.
