摘要
理论分析表明 ,液轮机的转速随着流体流速的增加而增大 ,同时流体阻力降也增大。液轮机的结构参数直接影响其转动性能 ,从而影响其防垢除垢及强化传热性能。通过试验研究 ,获得了使液轮机具有良好综合性能的主要结构参数 ,包括液轮机与换热管之间相对间隙及叶片升角的大小 ,使液轮机能在较低流速下起转 ,转速高且流阻小。
The theoretical analyses show that the rotating speed of hydraulic turbine and the pressure drop increase while the flowing velocity increases. The structural parameters of hydraulic turbine have effects on the rotary performances and the performances of foul removing/preventing and heat transfer enhancing. The preferable structural parameters of hydraulic turbine, including the clearances between the hydraulic turbine and the tube, the helix angle are obtained from ulterior studies, which enables the hydraulic turbine to start work at lower flowing velocity and with higher rotating speed and little pressure drop.
