摘要
运用空间解析几何知识建立了相交双管焊接装配时 ,沿径向切割的支管与非切割的主管密闭准确安装的数学模型 ,给出了相交双管相贯线的参数方程 ,导出了相交双管相贯线上各点局部二面角的计算表达式。以此为基础开发了相交双管焊接坡口的数据化处理系统。该系统可计算出相交管子焊接装配所需要的所有参数。实管切割实验表明 ,所切支管与主管装配准确 ,焊接坡口各参数完全符合AWSD1 .1规范的要求。
A mathematical model used for hemetially sealed intersecting assembly between radially cut branch pipe and uncut main pipe was established. A parametric equation of intersecting line and a calculation formula of the local dihedral angle at a point on intersecting line were given. Based on the model, a calculation system of intersecting pipe welding groove was developed. This system can calculate all parameters of the welding assembly. The results of practice show that the pipes are assembled accurately and all parameters of welding groove meet the requests of specification in AWS D1 1.
