摘要
采用真空热循环试验装置 ,模拟近地轨道空间环境 ,研究了LF6铝合金焊接接头拉伸性能和微观组织 ,分析讨论了真空热循环对焊接接头的影响规律。结果表明 :焊接接头强度和塑性变化呈现峰值规律 ,在循环 75次左右 ,达到最大值 ;
The tensile properties and microstructure of LF6 aluminum alloy weld joint under simulating near earth space environment are studied by means of vacuum thermal cycling system. The influence of vacuum thermal cycling on the tensile properties of the weld joint is investigated. The strength and the enlongation reach their maximum values at about 75 times of cycling. The changes of the tensile properties are resulted from the changes of grain size and the motion of dislocations.
