摘要
针对单参数J积分反映焊接接头断裂场的困难 ,作者提出了一个适合于焊接接头裂端场的J~Q双参数准则。为了更加适合于工程实际应用 ,对双参数准则中的各参量进行了工程简化 ,通过有限元计算表明 ,新的简化方法能够更好地反映焊接接头裂端场的实质 ,并为焊接接头的安全性评定奠定了基础。
Considering the difficulties of assessing fracture field by the single-parameter J-integral, the double-parameter J~Q criterion, which is more adaptive to welded joints, is presented in this paper. This criterion is discussed and optimized in order to be easily applied in practice. By FEM, it proves that this optimized method could critically express the fracture properties of welded joints. Therefore, this method can be regarded as a better way to assess the properties of welded joints in engineering practice.
