熔-喷ZrO_2+WC陶瓷涂层组织结构 被引量:2

摘要 采用熔 -喷技术 ,对ZrO2 、WC及ZrO2 +WC四种混合陶瓷粉末制备的涂层 ,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析等手段 ,对涂层的组织结构进行了分析研究。发现采用熔 -喷技术制备的陶瓷涂层 ,涂层与母材呈熔焊状态 ,涂层发生了冶金反应 ,具有重熔的特点 ,涂层呈现出梯度涂层的特征 ,表层具有喷涂材料的组织结构 ,中间层具有母材与喷涂材料共有的组织结构。因此大大地提高了涂层的结合强度 ,明显地改善了涂层的组织性能 ,使涂层变得均匀致密 ,从而拓宽了陶瓷材料的应用范围。 Melting-spraying technique was used to make several kinds of ceramic coating layers of ZrO2, WC or their mixture. Investigation on microstructures of coating layers by optical microscope, SEM and energy spectrum analysis etc was discovered that using melting-spaying technique can get good ceramic coating layers, which were melted together with parent metal. There existed metallurgical reaction in the coating layers because the characteristics of remelting appeared. Coating layers had gradient characteristics. Microstructure of coating layers surface is the same as sprayed material and deeper layers as both surface and base metal. So coating layers' bond strength was increased and coating layers get denser, its structure property became better. Application range of this ceramic material has been widened.
