摘要
从贯彻可持续发展战略和走新型工业化道路的目标出发,分析了废旧机电产品资源化的内涵及基本途径,指出回收、回炉利用是废旧机电产品资源化的低级形式,再制造是废旧机电产品资源化的高级形式;提出了实施废旧机电产品资源化的支撑条件,包括:法规的建立,责任制的确定,关键技术的研究,公众的支持等。
From the target of implementing sustainable development strategy and going new -style industrialization road,this paper analyze the connotation and basic approaches of the resource recovery of waste electromechanical products(WEMP ),indicate that remanufacturing is the lofty form of resource recovery of WEMP while recycling is the low-level form,and discuss the sustaining conditions of actualizing resource recovery of WEMP which including law-making,responsibility system,studying key technologies,advocacy of public,and so on.
