摘要
本文针对脉冲式电磁燃油喷射体 ,介绍了其电磁系统的物理结构 ,运用电磁学、机械学、流体动力学的基本原理分析了其电磁系统的工作特性。简单地建立电磁系统工作过程的计算模型 ,就静态特性进行了理论计算结果和实验结果的比较 ,两者吻合很好 ,从而为该脉冲式电磁燃油喷射体的控制参数。
The physical structure of the electromagnetic system used for a pulsatory electromagnetic fuel injector is presented in this paper. The working characteristics of its electromagnetic system is analyzed through the basic theories of electromagnetic, mechanics and hydrokinetics. The contrast for its static characteristics between the theoretical computation result and testing result is also analyzed; the difference is small. So the theoretical data obtained has provided useful information for the controlling parameters and for the design and improving of the structural parameters of the pulsatory electromagnetic fuel injector.
