摘要
本世纪人口老龄化加速发展的趋势给一个国家的发展尤其是社会保障制度带来挑战,我国应找出现行养老保险立法中存在的问题和不足,并采取多种措施大力加强和完善养老保险立法。
In the 21\+\{st\} century,the tendency of the quickening development of population aging brings the challenge for Chinese development,especially for its system of social insurance.Our nation should discover the present problems and insufficiencies existed in the insurance legislation of providence for the aged,and take varied measures to energetically strengthen and improve the insurance legislation of providence for the aged.
